thankful for rest

I'm tired today. Little man is up early from his nap, so the possibility of a power nap for Mama is out the window.

Feeling tired reminds me that {for the most part} I'm able to rest each night, and I'm thankful! I know folks that have a hard time sleeping, so I don't want to take my rest for granted.

Also thankful that I know the Giver of True Rest...

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me,

 for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Matthew 11:28-30
