So I guess we are officially bloggers now. Seems kind of weird because I didn't even know what a blog was a year ago. We decided to have a blog while we were out eating one night. We were at Sconyers Bar-B-Que here in Augusta. I had the idea a while back that I wanted to start making a journal of everytime we go to a BBQ restaurant, because I love BBQ. It would kind of be a critique of the restaurant and all that we had to eat or drink. From how the Pork was to if the ribs were fall off the bone or not to how sweet was the tea. I had kind of forgotten about that until we were at Sconyers. So when we were done eating I thought that we should go home and write down all about Sconyers, make a BBQ log if you will. So my beautiful bride then said "Instead of a BBQ Log why don't you make a BBQ Blog." So here we are.
We're not exactly sure what this will look like. It won't just be a BBQ Blog, but will have some BBQ excerpts every now and then. I guess it will be a little insight into our life.

Ok-first of all-YEA!!! The Cains have a blog. So excited about that!
Second of all-my brother would be all over your idea of a catalog of BBQ restaurants. He makes his own BBQ and sauce. He loves it! Can't wait to read more!
