Thanks to the tunes on my iPod, my sweet family (hubby and pup) beside me, and God giving me breath and energy... week 4 was a success. I can hardly believe that by the end of Week 5, I'm supposed to run for 20 minutes straight. I'll try my best... and let you know how it turns out.

So proud of you LSD! I have started running again on my treadmill watching TV in the garage but when i run outside I always give myself goals of running until as song is over. And Chris Tomlin was always one of my go tos! Hope it goes well! LOVE you!
